CANCELLATION POLICY

At Alpha Blade Hair and Scalp Care, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your scheduled appointments. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. For any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or for no-shows, a booking fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Less than 2-hours or No Call/No-show will result on a 100% booking fee based on service schedule. We hope you understand that this policy enables us to continue providing quality service to all our valued clients.
